MLS Experience
2006: Walker continued to prove useful for the Black-and-Red, seeing time at both forward and in the midfield. In 19 appearances (three starts), Walker notched a goal and an assist. Walker was also instrumental in D.C.'s run to the semi-finals of the U.S. Open Cup, scoring three goals in the competition, including a two-goal performance against New York on 8/23. He also performed well for the United reserves, scoring two goals in nine matches.2005: Walker joined the Black-and-Red just prior to the start of the 2005 season. The speedy forward became a dangerous attacking option, as he notched two goals and dished out seven assists in 22 appearances (six starts). Walker also showed his value as a part of the reserve team, as he led the division with nine goals, while also notching three assists. Two of his assists went for game-winners. Walker also scored four goals for United in other cups and competitions.
2004: Walker spent an injury-plagued season with the San Jose Earthquakes, seeing time in 10 games (two starts). Following the 2004 season, Walker was selected by Chivas USA in the MLS Expansion Draft.
2003: Walker was selected by the San Jose Earthquakes in the fourth round of the 2003 MLS SuperDraft (39th overall). In 19 games during his rookie season, Walker scored four goals in only 365 minutes of play. His first three starts for the Earthquakes came during the team's MLS Cup championship run, as he scored a goal and dished out two assists in four total games.
College
2002: During his senior season at Santa Clara University, Walker scored 14 goals while being named to the NSCAA/adidas All-Far West Team, the All-West Region Team and the All-West Coast Conference First Team.2001: Walker started all 19 matches that he saw time in and notched three goals and two assists.
2000: After transferring to Santa Clara, Walker started 11 of the 17 matches he saw time in and scored a goal in four of his first five appearances. He also notched three assists.
1999: Walker spent his freshman season at Air Force and appeared in 10 of the Falcons' 19 matches (seven starts). He scored three goals and chipped in an assist, including the game-winning goal over Oregon State with 47 seconds remaining in the 4-3 victory.
