Ball Control Drills - Trapping Drills

Steps:

  1. As the ball approaches in the air, adjust your body so that you’re in line with its path and your body is behind the ball.
  2. Once the ball gets to you, "Cushion" the ball by pulling in the chest on contact
  3. Hold arms down or out to the sides for balance.
  4. Turn your chest on impact in order to direct the ball in the direction you want it to go
