Steps:
- As the ball approaches in the air, adjust your body so that you’re in line with its path and your body is behind the ball.
- Once the ball gets to you, "Cushion" the ball by pulling in the chest on contact
- Hold arms down or out to the sides for balance.
- Turn your chest on impact in order to direct the ball in the direction you want it to go
