Steps:

  1. An attacker (blue) with the ball with start in zone 1. There will be two attackers (blue) and two defenders (yellow) in zone 2, and one defender (yellow) and a goal keeper in zone 3.
  2. The attacker (blue) with the ball in zone 1 will play the ball into one of his two attackers (blue) in zone 2. The attackers (blue) in zone 2 are working together to try to beat the two defenders (yellow) in zone 2. The attackers (blue) can use the attacker (blue) in zone 1 as support. The attacker (blue) in zone 1 has only one touch.
  3. Once one of the attackers (blue) is able to dribble the ball into zone 3, their goal is to try to beat the defender (yellow) in zone 3 and score. Only the attacker (blue) whom dribbles the ball into zone 3 can enter that zone. The other attacker (blue) and defenders (yellow) from zone 2 must remain in their zone. If the defender (yellow) wins the ball at any point in time the play is over.

Setup:

  • Use a quarter of the field and break it into 3 zones with a full goal.
  • 7 players: (3 attackers (blue), 3 defenders (yellow), 1 goalkeeper)
