Setup:

  • One speed ladder or line of small cones

Tips:

  • Hop on the balls of your feet
  • Try not to drag or stomp your feet (be light and quick).
  • Use your arms to jump higher.
  • Start off slow to get a rhythm and gain speed as you go.
