Around The World Juggle Pattern

Juggling in a specific sequence will help you become a better juggler because you have to think about where you want the ball to go and purposely juggle the ball to that location. Try this difficult juggling sequence:

  1. Right Foot
  2. Right Thigh
  3. Right Shoulder *
  4. Head
  5. Left Shoulder *
  6. Left Thigh
  7. Left Foot
  8. And back around to your right foot.

* If you are having trouble with the shoulder juggle, you can eliminate it from your sequence.
