This a fun skills challenge you can use during practice to test your players ability to drive a ball over distance. If you have been working on long ball techniques this challenge will help to reinforce these fundamentals. Think you have good accuracy when striking a ball? Try the crossbar challenge and find out. Place a soccer ball on the ground between 20 – 40 yards away from goal. Drive the ball at the goal trying to hit the crossbar. You have 10 attempts. Juggling Tricks and Pick Up Moves
