Steps:

1) The ball is passed back to either the right back or right mid running forward from a deep position (Red #1). This player then hits an out swinging cross into the far post (Red #2). The players in the box use a pick to open up the far post runner for an easy header (Blue #3 & #4) while the remaining players make diagonal runs to score any near post crosses (Blue #5 & #6). You have to make the pick look as innocent as possible otherwise the ref will call a foul for obstruction. A simple way to do this is make a run into the path of defender and act as if the contact was incidental. You only need to block the defender for a split second so that your player can get a step ahead. Any longer and it will look like you are holding the defender. The center mid should look to score any balls that are cleared out to the top of the box (Blue #7).
