Steps:
- Place a cone on each end line and have two players behind each cone. Player one will start off with the ball. Play begins when Player one begins to dribble the ball toward Player two at the front of the opposite line.
- Once Player one dribbles the ball and reaches Player two at the front of the opposite line, Player one and Player two perform a takeover. Once Player two has the ball the player takes off dribbling toward the opposite end line. Player one turns and chases Player two down and tries to tag the player.
- When the player with the ball reaches the cone at the end line, the play is over and the players return to their sides. If Player one tags Player two, Player one’s team gets a point. If Player two gets to the cone before Player one can tag him, Player two’s team gets the point.
Setup:
- Set up a grid 10x30 yards
- 4 -10 players (try not to have players standing around too long)
