Steps:

1. Start off with two lines of players facing each other. Place one soccer ball in the middle of each of the two players.
2. The object of the game is to pull the ball back using the sole of your foot. Once the coach yells out the word, “DRAW”, both players run toward the ball and the first one to get there pulls the ball back to the starting point with the sole of their foot. The other player cannot steal the ball from them once then begin pulling the ball back. Turn this into a competition among the players by having the players move up a spot if they win the round and down if they lose, to see who can get to the top first and remain there when all the rounds have been played.

Setup:

• 6 players minimum

Variations:

• Have players use their non dominant foot.
