Steps:
- Set up the field so there is a goal in the center and a cone 25 yards away from the center of the goal on each side. Line up an equal amount of players about 5 yards behind both cones.
- The goalkeeper starts in goal. Play begins when the first attacker at the cone on one side of the goal dribbles at speed to the cone and then takes a shot on goal. If there is a rebound the player can follow up the shot and try to score. After the shot, the attacker retrieves his ball and goes to the end of the opposite line. Now the goalkeeper turns around and the process repeats itself with the first attacker at the opposite cone.
Setup:
- Set up the field so there is a goal in the center and a cone 25 yards away from the center of the goal on each side.
- 7 players: (6 attackers, 1 goalkeeper) (minimum recommended)
