Steps:

1. Set up a field 40x20 with full goals. Start off with a line of players, each with a ball, behind one goal post at each goal. The players behind the goalpost at one goal should be behind the opposite goalpost to the players at the opposite goal. Have two players start off in the center of the field.
2. Player one passes the ball on the ground to Player two. Player two lays the ball off for player one to shoot the ball with his right foot on goal. At the same time, Player three passes the ball on the ground to player four, who lays the ball off for player three to take a shot on the other goal with his right foot. Once the player shoots, they gather their balls and go to the end of the opposite line. After 5 minutes have the lines go behind the other goal post so they can work on shooting with their left foot as well.

Setup:

• Field 40x20 with full goals
• 10 players: (9 attackers, 1 goalkeeper) (minimum recommended)
