STEPS:
  1. Use the lines of the field as your markers for this test. (See diagram).
  2. Players start on the one end line and run to the 6 yard line and back, to the 18 yard line and back, to half-field and back, to the far 18 yard line and back, to the far 6 yard line and back, and finally to the far end line and back.
  3. Perform 3-5 times with rest period of 2-5 minutes.
  4. Time: 1:40-2:00 each. (College Level).
TIPS:
  • Modified Test: Run to the half-field and back, then the far end line and back.
