This drill is focused on getting more comfortable dribbling the ball with the insides and outside of both feet.  Set up two cones about 5 yards apart and work on dribbling the ball between the cones.  Start at one cone and take two touches with the inside of one foot and then one touch with the outside of the other foot.  Then stop the ball and do the same thing in the opposite direction.  This is a great dribbling warm up drill to get you feet moving and comfortable with the ball.  Watch the video below for a demonstration.
