Exploding to Beat the Man

It is very important for youth players to understand what to do during and after they beat an opponent.  There is more to beating an opponent than just trying to perform a move.  In beating an opponent, players need to commit to selling the move so once the opponent bites, the player can then explode past the opponent into open space.  See the video for more details.
