The First Line of Defense

When an opposing team has the ball and is playing out of their backfield, it is very important to understand that your first line of defense is your attackers.  Depending on what type of pressure your team is playing will determine when the attackers begin to put pressure on the ball.  For further explanation take a look at the video below.
